ReportHours helps nonprofits record and report work, education, training, and volunteer hours in one clear system.
Investing Hours - Building a Future
Hours arrive on forms, in text messages, and in phone calls, then wait to be typed in.
Someone rebuilds the week by hand to see who is under the requirement.
When the funder asks, staff reconstruct months of records under pressure.
Each person gets a personal link and a home-screen icon. No app store, no password — they confirm their first name and add the hours they completed.
Sunday-to-Saturday totals, who is below the weekly requirement, and same-day corrections. Staff can enter hours on a participant's behalf when needed.
Print-ready date-range reports for any grant period, sorted the way reviewers read them: below the requirement, at or above, then archived.
Spend less time chasing records and more time supporting people.
See participation clearly and report with greater confidence.
Understand what has been recorded and what comes next.
ReportHours is a recordkeeping and reporting tool. It does not determine eligibility or guarantee acceptance by any agency, and we say so plainly.
Reports and printouts identify participants by HMIS number only. Nothing is downloadable.
We host and protect it; you control it, and you can take it with you.
Each person's page is an unguessable link that staff can revoke and reissue at any time.
Encrypted in transit, hosted in the United States, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery.
Entries record who added them; deleted records are archived, not erased, unless an admin confirms.
We collect only what the program needs and explain why at the point of need.
One subscription per organization, priced by the number of active participants. Unlimited staff logins on every plan. Billed annually; monthly billing is available.

ReportHours was created to serve nonprofits and to share its success with mission-driven work. It is built and operated by LPKN Holdings, LLC.
LPKN is committed to directing the majority of ReportHours profits to Giving Grace, which supports local Christian missions, and a further substantial share to Empower Dreams, which supports international Christian missions. A smaller portion sustains the people who build and support the product.
Details of the charitable profit commitment will be published when the program is formally established. Giving Grace and Empower Dreams are independent organizations; they do not operate ReportHours and have no access to customer or participant data.
A 30-minute walkthrough, no pressure. We will show the participant page, the case-manager week, and a grant-period report.
